Even in the winter the weather is perfect in Barcelona. With a temperature of about 20 degrees and some lovely sunshine, a coat is even unnecessary.
The 3GSM World Congress is taking place at the Fira de Barcelona that lies at the feet of the Mont Juic, where the Olympic stadia for the Olympic games of 1992 can be found.

| The main entrance is marked by the two big towers of the Fira de Barcelona at Place 'd Espanya. The normally already busy traffic has become a total chaos during 3GSM due to the many tacis and buses that stop in front of the Fira de Barcelona. |
