17-09-2008: At the LG Dealershow today, Mobile Phone Helpesk questioned LG about the LG Prada II that has been in the rumours section quite a long time. It turns out that the device will be here before Christmas.

At the annual dealershow of LG the brand didn't only show here newest products and existing portfolio, Mobile Phone Helpdesk also laid their hands on the latest facts of the LG Prada II, which has been dominating the rumour circuit for quite a long time. At 5 September our colleague website Boy Genius Report obtained the full specificationslist of the new Prada phone, today we can add some juicy details to the story.
LG Prada II coming
Despite the Sales Director Benelux, Robbert de Graaf, of LG wasn't able to do any official announcements about the device, his hints on our questions said more than a thousand words. The answer to our question whether Mr. de Graaf could say something about the Prada II was a usual Korean answer: "I cannot and may not say anything about that". We also asked whether the device would have a QWERTY keyvoard, but Mr. de Graaf couldn't say anything about this either.
However, it became interesting when we asked if and when the device would be announced and come to the market. De Graaf: "A good turkey is eaten with Christmas. When white fog rises from the skies of Milan the device will be announced there". A clear reference that the device will be announced soon by Prada itself in Milan and that the device will come to the shops before Christmas.
De Graaf let us know, without saying too much, that he had the device in hands before and told our journalist that the Prada II is a really good Turkey. So, it's only a matter of time before the Prada II will be announced. One progress has been made: LG doesn't deny that the device exists... To be continued!
