17-06-2008: As announcd Sony Ericsson has held a pressmeeting in Amsterdam today where the prepaid section was expanded with the Sony Ericsson J132 and the Sony Ericsson K330.

Sony Ericsson expanded her low-end section today with two new candybars that both have their own qualities. The Sony Ericsson J132 is designed to make calls and to send messages, plus to listen to the radio. The Sony Ericsson K330 is designed for the consumer that wants just a little more, for example photos and sharing them with bluetooth.
Sony Ericsson J132
The Sony Ericsson J132 is really made for the consumer that only uses the mobile phone what it was made for in the beginning: Communication. The Sony Ericsson J132 is nice and easy, the clear and detailed display with 65.000 colours make sure that the device can be operated comfortably. The keys are regular and userfriendly to type phone numbers and SMS messages.

The Sony Ericsson J132 is very robust and sturdy and the keys are even dust and filth resistant, very handy for the mobiel caller that works outside, for example. The device offers a stereo FM radio for some relaxation, in combination with the RDS support you can view information about the radio channels on the display of your phone. The handy torch function makes sure that the Sony Ericsson J132 is there for you in the dark.

Sony Ericsson K330
The Sony Ericsson K330 is, as mentioned earlier in this message, made for the consumer that wants a little more than just calling and sending messages. The device looks a little more fashionable with nice and fresh accents that Sony Ericsson is known for. The VGA camera easily makes photos and these can be shared with others with the help of bluetooth. About 250 photos or twelve minutes of video material can be stored onto the device.

Of course, the display is also perfect for viewing some photos, the 65.000 colours display with a size of 1.7 inch is nice and clear. A stereo FM radio has also been implemented into the Sony Ericsson K330. Watching your diet is also easy with the K330, the device can namely count the number of calories you'v eaten at one day.
